ACHIEVEMENT: School bands and musical groups are in the City each Saturday to play.

TARGET DATE: July 2004.

PROGRESS: None.

DESCRIPTION: The City needs to establish a space where its citizens can celebrate the joy of creating music. It may be that the school bands and musical groups can use school facilities as part of a co-ordinated arrangements through the City. There could be good links made with Senior Citizens Groups that may welcome the opportunity for musical afternoons, where young and less-young people are given more chance to mix and meet.
