ACHIEVEMENT: The City of Melbourne has released 'The Keys to Successful Apartment Living', a guide that helps people learn how apartment living works best: including etiquette, dos and don’ts, and signs of success.

DESCRIPTION: 'The Keys to Successful Apartment Living' could provide lots of useful information on local services, recycling, rubbish bin arrangements, avoiding noise coming into and out of your apartment, a guide to local laws on pets, parking and pigeons and just about anything else a new resident will need. Hotels often provide this information for new guests, but it is rarely available to new residents. The City of melbourne could help new residents feel at home in their city.
